We continue to receive a large amount of IT-Support emails coming into our IT Department. On average we are responding to a little over 40 support issues coming in daily. This does not include our ticketing system that our staff uses to repair hardware issues. Many of the issues we see are caused by the device not being restarted for a long time. Restarting a device allows for a quick refresh and update for that device. The same holds true for your home router. If you are experiencing connectivity issues at home, please unplug the router for 30 seconds and then plug it back in. This restart fixes many of these connectivity issues.
