Before going over some frequently asked questions about iPads, we will ask you the question we ask most - Have you RESTARTED? Restarting your iPad at least a couple times a week will take care of many of the issues you may be experiencing. A restart involves holding down the home button and power button until the Apple comes up on your screen.    

 

 

• Why is my battery on my iPad draining so quickly?  
  • This often happens when using Zoom.  Zoom is a fairly intensive app, so batteries do often drain faster while using it.There are a few other things you can try, to help the issue. You can check the brightness and make sure it is around 50%.  Also, doing a hard reset typically clears up these charging issues as well.  Hold the home and power buttons until you see the Apple logo appear on the screen
