Before going over some frequently asked questions about Chromebooks, we will ask you the question we ask most - Have you RESTARTED? Restarting your Chromebook at least a couple times a week will take care of many of the issues you may be experiencing. A restart is more than just closing the Chromebook.  Make sure you shutdown or restart the Chromebook completely by holding down the power button.

  • What should I do if my Chromebook is running slow?  
    • Clearing the browsing history will always help with a sluggish Chromebook.  Click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner of Chrome.  Select the History and then Clear Browsing Data.
